WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
GATHER DETAILS
Collect your original order number and a high-resolution photo of the defect or failure point for our technicians to review.
SUBMIT CLAIM
Contact our support team with your order info. We usually respond within 24 hours to initiate the repair or replacement chain.
SHIP CABLE
If requested, ship the faulty cable back to our Virginia shop. We will inspect the components to verify the technical failure.
RESOLUTION
We will repair or replace your cable with new Mogami/Neutrik parts and ship it back to you within 5-7 business days.
